Born and raised in the Bronx, Elliot earned his BA in Drama from Vassar College, and an MFA in acting from the Yale School of Drama.  He is also a proud alumnus of The Fieldston School, The National Theatre Institute and BADA: the British American Drama Academy.

A number of projects he worked on release this year: Guest Star appearances on NBC's 'Shades of Blue' as well as on a new ABC show called 'Deception'.  2018, also brings Amazon's drop of 'Sneaky Pete'.  In it's second season, you'll find Elliot in the thick of it, as he assumes the recurring role of FBI Agent Kent.  And last but not least, his first short "Loser Leaves Town" is currently making rounds on the shorts circuit.    

A member of the original Broadway cast of War Horse (winner of the 2011 Tony Award for Best Play), he has also appeared onstage at Second Stage, Playwrights Horizons, Classic Stage Company, MCC, The Public Theater, and The Delacorte (Shakespeare in the Park).
